Community Profiles
How healthy is your neighborhood?
The Community Health Profiles are a unique series of reports that provide detailed information on the health of New York City's communities. The leading causes of death and hospitalization, how New Yorker's view their health, and how they balance healthy and unhealthy behaviors are outlined on a neighborhood-by-neighborhood basis. Although many health burdens are shared across all of New York City, the Community Health Profiles show where the greatest efforts must take place to address and reverse preventable health problems.
